Thomas Benjamin Hanewald Report post Posted April 27, 2017 After a clean and successful installation i get only an error message (see title) if I try to open the component in the backend (any menue option). Not so nice first feeling for paying 20€ for that :( (joomla 3.7 no backend extentions) fix it by this way: puplish the module, then the component work, also with unpuplish modul... The Krotek Report post Posted April 27, 2017 I'm not sure I understand you. This error message is absolutely impossible. Something else is causing it. Just out of curiosity installed it on clean Joomla 3.7 and it worked without ANY issues. So definitely it's not related to Smart Shoutbox, it installs perfectly. Describe the issue and give me steps to reproduce. Nobody IN YEARS ever reported this and I absolutely can't reproduce this anywhere. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
