Creating a newsletter after new articles are added

I'm struggling to create a newsletter so, that each time an article is (or more articles are) published a newsletter about it is issued. Is there any help page on the topic, please?

Digest is sent via cron according to settings, not every time an article is published. See the documentation and read option hints for more info.
